What counts as a program?+
A program is a distinct incentive initiative with its own audience, rules, timing, communications, and reporting—for example, Referral Program 2026 for Influencers, the SPIFF Program for Affiliates, or the Points Tiers Program for Partners. Each program can pursue multiple goals without creating a separate charge for every objective.
What is included in the first-year price?+
Your first-year price combines the selected Sepals subscription and one-time implementation. Reward funding, taxes, custom integrations, and optional services are separate and approved before work begins.
Does Sepals charge by the number of goals?+
No. You can pursue multiple incentive goals or behavior objectives inside each included program. Pricing changes when operational complexity materially increases, such as another program, integration, region, or participant tier—not every time your strategy evolves.
What happens if we exceed a participant or program allowance?+
There are no per-participant microcharges while you remain within your tier allowance. If higher volume is sustained, we plan the move to the next tier instead of accumulating small, unpredictable fees.
Is reward funding included in the subscription?+
No. Reward funding is kept separate from the Sepals subscription so your program budget remains visible. Your agreement will distinguish subscription fees, implementation fees, reward funding, and any approved optional services.
What support is included?+
Standard onboarding and direct product-team support are included in every tier. Growth and Scale also include dedicated customer success, defined response commitments, and quarterly program reviews.
How much does implementation cost?+
Implementation pricing starts at $2,500 as a planning guide. Final pricing depends on program scope, data readiness, branding, integrations, migration, testing, and launch requirements, and is confirmed before work begins.
What integrations are included?+
Launch includes SFTP file uploads and integrations with HubSpot, Slack, Salesforce CRM, Shopify, and Stripe. Growth adds SSO and API integration. Scale adds a custom integration with an intranet portal. Additional custom integrations are scoped separately.
